Welcome to Play-Games.online (the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, games, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Virtual Economy & Items

The Platform includes a virtual economy with items such as "Coins", "Gems", and "Arcade Power" (AP). These are not real currency and have no monetary value outside of the Platform.

• Arcade Power (AP): Earned by playing games. It determines your share of the Daily Reward Pool. AP resets daily.
• Gems: A premium virtual item earned by watching sponsored advertisements. Gems can be used to purchase virtual goods (like Energy) or converted into Coins.
• Coins: The primary virtual currency used for simulated trading. Earned from the Daily Reward Pool or by converting Gems. Coins can be withdrawn subject to the conditions in Section 4.

3. Trading Simulation - IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

The trading of "Game Shares" on the Platform is a simulated activity for entertainment purposes only. These "shares" are virtual items with no value outside of the Platform. They are not real-world stocks, securities, or any form of financial instrument. The "market" is a closed-loop simulation within the game and is not connected to any real-world financial markets. Any resemblance to real-world trading is purely coincidental. The Platform does not provide financial advice.

4. Withdrawals

Users may be eligible to withdraw a cash value based on their "Coin" balance, subject to a minimum withdrawal amount and processing fees as stated on the Wallet page. All withdrawal requests are subject to manual review for compliance with these Terms. We reserve the right to deny any withdrawal request if we suspect fraudulent activity, cheating, or violation of these Terms. The conversion rate of Coins to USD is subject to change.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using bots, cheats, scripts, or any unauthorized third-party software to play games or interact with the Services.
• Exploiting any bugs or glitches for personal gain.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the earning system.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Services or other users' experience.

Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account and forfeiture of all virtual items and balances.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including games, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Play-Games.online or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any losses or damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of virtual items or perceived value from the simulated trading activities.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and all associated virtual items and balances.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
